Director Makoto Nagahisa made his feature-length directorial debut bursting with hyper pop style and unrestrained imagination. One sunny day, four young strangers — Hikari, Ikuko, Ishi, and Takemura — meet by chance at a crematorium. They have all recently lost their parents but none of them can shed a tear because they feel no emotion, just like zombies. Being only 13 and alone in the world with no hope for the future, they dress in scraps from a garbage dump, track down musical instruments, and decide to form a kick-ass band called LITTLE ZOMBIES. The quest to regain the power of emotions begins.
